Updating chapter info

Alright my darling realm leaders, a little over 1 week ago, in anticipation of the upcoming online election, I sent out emails to all the active chapter accounts requesting you update/confirm your chapter admin info so we can be sure all of your voices can be heard. Thank you to those of you who have already submitted back the form. For those chapters who have not, please do so ASAP so I can get you updated. If your chapter has not received an email from me, please reach our to [email protected] so we can figure out why and correct it.

Hello- Roadie here to pester you again.
The webteam is working in giving the chapters access to the new Dagorhir Discord and I want to be sure that the information I am giving them is up to date. If you are a chapter admin and you have not already done so, please take a moment to fill out and submit the chapter update form I sent out about two weeks ago. If you are having any issues with the form or your chapter did not receive the link please reach out to me at [email protected]

Heads up chapter leaders. The Arbiter election is coming up and I need you to please be sure to get your info updated so your vote can be counted. This is especially important if you have not updated with us within the last year as your current administrators may not match what we have on file.
If your chapter did not get the email with the update form link I sent out back in May or there are email access issues due to an administrative change, please reach out to me via EMAIL at [email protected] and we will work it out.
Please do not wait until the last minute.
